Ingredients (for 8 people):
- 1 Broken rolo massa
- 500 g cooked chestnuts
- 2 spoons (soup) cocoa powder
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablete de chocolate
- 1 dl de natas
Aprox. 45 minutes
Line a pie with shortcrust pastry and prick it with a fork.
Reduce the chestnuts to puree and pour it into a bowl. Add the sugar, melted butter, chocolate powder and eggs and mix everything well.
Cover the broken mass with the preparation and bake, heated to 180 ° C, during 30 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Prepare a cobertura: Pour the cream into a pan and take it to heat until the cream started to boil. Turn off the heat, add the chocolate broken into pieces and let stand for about 10 minutes. Then stir well until a smooth cream.
Spread the topping over the dough arranged in tarteira and refrigerate until time to serve. Unmold and serve the tart decorated to your liking.
